​Mandatory Gear that must be carried on course: ​

 MANDATORY GEAR

[you must carry at all times]

• Mobile Phone (for photos and to call us if you need us)

• Whistle

• Water Bottles or Bladders (capacity to carry 2 Litres of water)

• SNAKE Compression Bandage (Minimum Dimensions 7.5cm Wide x 2.3m Long Unstretched).

NOTE:2025 We are changing over to SNAKE BANDAGE ONLY

• Emergency Space Blanket

• Collapsible Cup or extra Soft Flask (no cups on course)

​​​​​​Weather Dependant Gear: The race director will tell you when you must take it on course.

​WEATHER DEPENDANT GEAR 

[available to pick up from the race hub]

• Long Sleeve Synthetic Fleece Top (100 weight)

• Waterproof and Breathable Jacket with Fully Taped.

• Beanie or Buff.

• Full-Fingered Lightweight Thermal Gloves (Polypropylene, Wool)

​Personal bags are to be left at the race hub, there will be a tent there. The race director will tell you when to pick up weather dependant gear, due to of day or the weather conditions  are changing. This decision can be made at any time.

Event organisers are not responsible for your personal bags. Please label them with your name and number. Put in a zipper bag (eg. like a coles bag)
